Varsity

Josh Steele, was a volunteer coach for years. He recently took over from Nils (long term coach). His goal is to continue proggressing the program, as player develop. He is commited and looks forward to his first season as head coach.

JV1

Shane Knapp, known as "Papa" by the players, has been a coach for 20+ years. He teaches at Buckingham Elementary and refs soccer from time to time. His unwavering commitment to Bend High Soccer is much needed at all levels of the program.

JV2

Sean Purdy, who coaches the JV2 team, plays an important role in developing newer or less experienced players. His teams frequently succeed thanks to his dynamic style, which comes from his experience as a teacher. His players love him as they improve and have fun every practice.
